1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the HealthERP platform (including all associated web applications, mobile tools, and API services provided by Webwiders Software Solutions), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a clinic, hospital, or healthcare institution, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Scope of Healthcare Services

HealthERP provides software tools for medical practice management, clinical workflow automation, electronic medical records (EMR), billing, and patient management.

• HealthERP is an administrative and software utility and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment advice, or direct healthcare services.
• Registered healthcare providers and clinics remain solely responsible for the medical treatment, diagnoses, and care provided to patients.
• Users must comply with local medical licensing and practice regulations when utilizing HealthERP services.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access features of HealthERP, administrators, staff members, doctors, and patients must create authorized account credentials.

• You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and session access tokens.
• You must notify HealthERP security support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized account usage or security breach.
• Accounts created with fraudulent or misleading information are subject to immediate suspension or termination.

4. Data Ownership & Medical Confidentiality

HealthERP respects the sensitivity of Protected Health Information (PHI) and patient records.

All patient health records entered into the system remain the property of the respective clinic or patient as governed by applicable healthcare data laws. HealthERP processes data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Users of HealthERP agree NOT to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to system databases, server infrastructure, or non-authorized clinic tenant data.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious script code into the ERP platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the proprietary user interface or backend architecture of HealthERP.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

HealthERP is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain high system availability and robust security standards, HealthERP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, network interruptions, or unauthorized access beyond reasonable commercial control.
